Not even an email indicating the good reception I call the Amazon after -sales service I have the right to a question battery. They ask me for proof of deposit (while the package is well indicated as delivered) fortunately I had it because during the covid it was not always easy. In short, the person confirms me when the package has arrived well but that they do not find it in the warehouse. I explain to him that if he is lost in the warehouse it is no longer my fact. Opening of an internal investigation I have to wait 15 days. 14th days reimbursement confirmation email. (More than a month after my return) It may be an isolated case but disappointed with the experience. I specify that I do not make a comeback untimely and that I have never had a dispute with them before, I am also a premium. I had to make a return with them 1 or 2 years ago. Barely the package deposited at La Poste and Biped I was reimbursed. It has changed well ...
