Only a few days before Global Citizen Live!We can't wait to welcome Global Citizens to live events around the world.In parallel, there will be a worldwide broadcast for 24 hours, a unique moment of unity which is part of a campaign in order to defend the planet and defeat poverty.

In addition to live events on September 25 in New York and Los Angeles, as well as live and pre-recorded performances by artists From around the world, Global Citizen Live will also come to the Champ-de-Mars in Paris, for an incredible event withView of the Eiffel Tower.

The Global Citizens of all of Europe have won tickets to participate in the Global Citizen Live in Paris, going to action to support the campaign to combat climate change, vaccination inequality as well as famine, examples amongMany other urgent global challenges.

Where does the event take place in Paris?

The concert in Paris will take place on September 25, in Front of the Eiffel Tower on the Champ-de-Mars.

What artists will be present?

Ed Sheeran, Elton John, Black Eyed Peas, Christine and the Queens, Doja Cat, Måneskin, and special guests Angélique Kidjo, Charlie Puth and Fatma Said.Where and when do I get?

As indicated on your ticket, health and security checks open at 3:00 p.m. (HEC).The doors open at 4:00 p.m..Participants are recommended to arrive early to have enough time to perform the required health and safety protocol.

Can children and infants attend the event?

Global Citizen Live is a public event, open to all ages because it is organized in optimal security conditions.However, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult.Each entrant must have a ticket.This applies to all adults, children and infants.

Can I bring water bottles?

Are there lockers or storage available on site?

No, there is no space available to store your things.Please read the list of unauthorized items carefully and consider bringing only the necessary.

What time or in what order do artists play?

We will not communicate the schedules or the order of artists.With this incredible programming, arrive early to enjoy the whole festival!

Where can I do a PCR test?

COVVI-19 tests can be carried out in pharmacies or COVID centers, you can find the places where you tested near you here.

I only need one of my tickets.Can I give the other to another Global Citizen?

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes !Once received, you can send your tickets to your friends or family.

Can I sell my global citizen live tickets?

Tickets are free but can in no case be sold on a secondary market.Ticket resellers will cancel any sales of Global Citizen Live and Global Citizen will cancel any ticket on sale.If you buy tickets, you will not be able to access the event.

Where is the entry for VIP tickets?

VIP entrance is at entrance 1, avenue de la Bourdonnais, Paris 7th, in the dedicated queue.

Is there Wi-Fi?

There is no public wifi during the event, except in specific areas, for example VIP and production areas.

Is there a parking lot?

There is no parking on site.We recommend that you come using public transport.

Can I come without a ticket?

No, all tickets will be allocated before the event.Only ticket holders can access the festival.No posts will be sold or distributed the same day.

In order to keep a social distance and avoid gatherings due to the COVVI-19, we have set up several entries.Your entry will be indicated on your ticket which will be sent to you a few days before the event.

As for the place where you are located, we distribute the tickets at random in the areas.We cannot therefore guarantee that people who have won separately tickets will be in the same area as you.However, all people with a pair of tickets will be in the same area.

Will the concert be on the screen or will the performance be live?

Global Citizen Live performances in Paris will be live on stage, not on the screen.

What is Global Citizen's commitment to carbon compensation for the "Global Citizen Live" campaign, and what is the carbon compensation for Global Citizen to date?

Global Citizen will compensate for its environmental footprint for the last two years in order to receive a label of climate neutrality for 2020 and 2021.In addition, Global Citizen will compensate for the programs linked to Global Citizen Live, a global event of 24-heures broadcast on television.On September 25, 2021, artists from around the world will perform as part of this program.

South Pole will certify emissions independently and identify projects with Global Citizen with an impact in areas such as forestry and sustainable agriculture in order to finance them.

Global Citizen has teamed up with South Pole, the main business advisor in terms of climate action, to reduce and compensate for carbon emissions.To date, Global Citizen has compensated for the programs produced by the 2019 Global Citizen Festival and the ONE World: Together At Home program, which took place in 2020.The compensation paid by Global Citizen were used for the benefit of the Envira Amazonia Tropical Forest Conservation in Brazil.The project aims to protect the tropical forest from logging and livestock in the Brazilian Amazon basin;It allows both to preserve the rich biodiversity of the region and to limit carbon emissions.

The initiative also promotes economic opportunities for local communities thanks to sustainable agriculture and the sale of Açai berries and medicinal plants, while encouraging environmental management and providing health services andtraining.
