We would almost feign surprise, Bouygues renewed its promotion at 3 € for 20 GB for one year. Since its launch on November 29, the operator has become entangled in the communication on one of the conditions of use of this offer.

At the start, it was clearly mentioned that a reduction in speed could be applied temporarily:

Then, on the occasion of a first renewal of the offer on December 7, judging it perhaps dissuasive, Bouygues withdrew the mention and therefore this condition. It does not appear either in the management interface of its customer account, when one has subscribed in the meantime.

However, it resurfaced at the beginning of the week, in a promotional email. The assistance of the operator on Twitter confirms it, this clamping will be well applied to this plan.

The (happy) end of the story goes to the press service of Bouygues Telecom who confirmed to us today that this limitation of speeds was not planned for this plan, even if we had taken it between November 29 and December 6. As for the offer, it has been extended to January 3… until the next round?
